- 300 gm cabbage, remove core and cut into pieces
- 20 gm glass noodle, soak in water until soft
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 medium-sized red onion, sliced
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 tsp salt, adjust to taste
- 1-2 egg, beaten
- 200 gm prawns
- fried shallots
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oil in the wok.
2. Stir in onions, garlic and chilli until onions are softened.
3. Stir in prawns and cook just until they turned pink.
4. Pour in beaten egg. Let it sit for a while before scrambling.
5. Once eggs are almost cooked, add in salt, cabbage and glass noodles. Stir until cabbage is tender.
6. Top stir-fried cabbage with some fried shallots.
